Rather than have another gas can sitting around, I'm thinking of making a 45/1 mix and using it for both. Will that be safe? I would say yes but consult your owners manualoand call your manufacturers, and check with a small engine shop, and google your query. You'll be surprised at the number of different answers you get. Not gonna' endorse anything here but I will tell you this. We run a product called "32 to 1" by Spectro http://www.spectro-oils.com/golden-sx-321-semi-synthetic-pre-mix/ in everything, reguardless of the mix called for. This includes all of my blowers, and lawn gear, right down to our favorite two smoke race engines... Lot's of our peers run it too. We have had no negative experiences nor has anybody else I know, your results may vary... RMR |
