In the grand scheme of the federal budget, 168 million is a drop in the bucket. Let's hope that some of these investments do pay off. The fact is, because of regulation and labor, etc... Until new technology is developed, no US company is going to be able to compete with China to make panels... We shouldn't be spending a whole lot of money in manufacturing right now, should be going to r+d... |
