Cost a bunch of thousands to replace all the batteries. Ethanol Lobby has coopted this Administration also. So much for the high ground. The practice, in Washington is to herd the People. Make them conform. Make them pay. Raise their taxes. Get rid of Medicare and Social Security. Cut Wall Streeters taxes. They like Socialist Europe where everything cost more to fund the socialized programs and the only one's with rights are perverts and favored Immigrants by the Multiculturists. Their central theme is Make Americans pay more for less. Make America and Americans share the poverty, of the third world in the name of green god and the Ruling Global Economic Elites' off shore accounts. Make Americans take in millions more Illegal Aliens. Destroy the dollar. Level the playing field with the third world.
