Boating at $5.00/gal
OK, so you got laid off due to Obamanomics so you figure you'll get in
some fishing, take the boat out and enjoy some of that time off. You go to fill her up and WTF, gas is $5.00/gallon, another causualty of Obamanomics. While filling up you notice that your gas now has 15% ethanol made from corn under Obamanomics, crap, no wonder breakfast cereal is nearly $5.00/box. When you calculate your vehicles mpg, you notice it has dropped, time for a tuneup? No, another casualty of Obamanomics, ethanol reduces fuel efficiency. So, how's that Hope and Change going? |

Several problems with ethanol in marine fuel that would not exist in autos. And I am not even a fuel engineer. As for $5, who knows, maybe see $6 before the end of the season. If people want government to stop inflation the solution is simple. Stop creating no-value ponzi fiat money for the debt, borrow real money and pay a real interest rate.
