Yup. *Even the Navy puts a period after the "S" *which is not technically correct. It is Harry S Truman, not Harry S. Truman. He was emphatic about not having a period after the S in his name because, he said, he didn't have a middle name, just an initial. I read that many years ago in a bio of Truman. |
