Whoo... so, we give a whopping $65M. You proved nothing, except that I'm
a lying idiot.

Why don't you try and claim it's for sending jobs to China. You'll look
really smart.

No. *Obama and his appointee are doing just that, but to other
countries (not China), and are giving American companies tax breaks
for outsourcing to these countries. *Why would BO do that with our
unemployment as high as it is?

Which jobs are those? Perhaps you're thinking of all those oil-rig jobs when
the moratorium was imposed on deep site drilling?

What tax breaks? The ones that are described here? Seems like it's not going
to help much to increase the taxes on companies that offshore, but it sure
feels right.

Or, is this just another right-wing rant about a president you hate?

The civil war was not about slavery. Was economics and states rights as the
driving forces. Lincoln did not issue an executive order, the Emancipation
Proclamation, until 1863. The war started in 1861. The fact that Lincoln,
a Republican, the party of anti-slavery was elected POTUS, was a driving
force for the South to start seceding, but was enough to cause states to
start seceding. You do realize the Emancipation Proclamation did not free
all the slaves? Only the slaves in Northern (Union) controlled states.
Lincoln was for freeing the slaves by paying the slave owners for the
freedom. The Congress would not agree. So?
