President and a Democrat controlled Congress. Probably the highest IQ
POTUS, and formerly the worst POTUS. But Obama is trying to take away that
title from Carter. The only reason we are not in a massive inflationary
death spiral is the economy is in massive contraction and housing has to
deflate to be affordable. Has to get rid of the 500% price increase over
the last 15 years. Housing can not be a driver of the economy when the
average house is 7-10x average family wages.
