probably nice a nice little boat ride down the island a few

meet up with some friends...enjoy some cioppino and try to stay on a
diet!

so what are your plans?

On the 4th we are going to launch in the Charles River in the early
(1:00 - 2:00 AM) and cruise down river. Depending on what the
anchorage for the fireworks looks like we may just anchor up then or
head out to the harbor for the morning bite and come back later.
Either way we will enjoy the fireworks and the Boston Pops / Toby
Keith concert from the boat. I'm taking the following week off and
want to make at least one trip to Stellwagen Bank for some fishing and
whale watching. There have been great white sightings and I even heard
reports of Orca spottings!

I am sure we will get out a couple times. My priorities have changed.
We used to like high tides so we could go anywhere in the bay. Now we
like low tides so Mr Ed has islands to run around on.

It will be low in the afternoon next weekend

It turns out he is a non-swimming lab so all of that ramp/winch stuff
to get him back in the boat is not necessary.

A non-swimming Lab??
Still, if he fell in for some reason you should have a DOB plan in place to
get him back on board.

We have a swimming raccoon, name of Savannah, who I saw fishing in a
neighbor's koi pond. Fortunately, she got away with her catch before the
neighbor noticed her.

Sometimes she shows up in our back yard and waits for my wife to toss
her a snack. Pretty girl, sweet face, smart. Probably smarter than
Scotty, Loopy Loogy or Flajim. Assuredly smells better.

I have a DOB plan. Stick a one finger in his nose, one finger in his
ass, and lift him out.

No one is interested in how you get your daughter out of the pool, loogy.

I'll probably take her out on the boat this weekend just to see how she
does on
the boat. Hopefully, she won't be as afraid of the boat as she is the car.

So...she's seen you drive!
Wait until she sees how you operate a boat.
