Not at all. Obama hasn't figured out the enemy is like school yard
bullies.

gee he didn't have to figure it out. all he had to do is hire a
general who DID know.

and rely on that general to develop a plan..which mccrystal did.

you are kinda stupid...even for a conservative

You need to bloody their noses once and awhile to keep them
smarter. Obama has taken the do no harm stand as he loves muslims.

which is, i supposed, why he sent 40,000 more troops to afghanistan,
tripled the number of predator drone attacks, etc...

yes. your logic is, as usual...remarkable

Well, it is getting them killed. Guess the generals are getting sick of
DC head up their arse decisions.

except, of course, mccrystal is the author of the current plan in
afghanistan

bag of rocks...that's how incredibly stupid you are.

Coming from you, thanks for the compliment.

I doubt McCrystal will be willing to fly a desk in Fumbuck Arkansas.
If Obama relieves him, he will be spending more time with his family
and writing his memoirs. He might even get a show on Fox like Ollie.

Obie just fired him. His humongus ego wouldn't let him do otherwise.

Hey, once out and a civilian he can talk.... Will be interesting.

No surprize, Obama's ego, good assertion.

Bush fired or "retired" many generals for speaking out. I think Obama
should not fire him unless he believes that McCrystall can no longer do
the job he was assigned to do.

Obama's ego will cause McCrystal to be fired.

Your ego needs to be self-inflated to compensate for your obvious lack of
intelligence.

Was he fired or not, Dippy?

Fired. Ok, in technical point he resigned. Gets him a bigger pension.
Good move if you think Obama is a jack ass.

He was fires for insubordination, as opposed to what Bush did... fire
people for stating facts, Dufus.

He resigned, probably was put to him, resign with full pension or I will
fire you for my ego and cause you pension grief.

He chose wisely and resigned.

He didn't have a choice. He was told to resign. He follows orders. You're an
idiot.

McChrystal was stupid.

There is room for only one C in C Armed Forces at a time and the C in C
and should not tolerate open insubordination.

It's also against the code of conduct of the military to speak about
military-government differences publicly.

McCrystal was free to try and argue with President Barack Obama, Vice
President Joe Biden, Richard Holbrooke and Karl Eikenberry while
decisions were being worked out but once they were decided he had only
two options-soldier on or resign.
