I think the problem is Gibbs who said today, "Obama did not pay
attention, he was watching a special on HBO about his own campaign".
What does this say about Obama? Karl Rove suggested that all presidents
watch these elections and wondered out loud if Obama is lying, or just
saying, "I don't give a **** what you think". The best answer for Gibbs
to have given would have been, "we were watching, and we get the
message", wouldn't you think?

Haven't given it much thought. For a November election there wasn't much
dust kicked up anywhere that was worth noticing. I certainly don't see a
trend yet.

There's a furious circle jerk going on over at Fox News. The tide has
turned -- the circle jerk now features the right hand.

We're beyond child bearing years. I hear the talking heads on Fox provide
great entertainment for pre-toddlers. Put them in a jumper and the thirty
second talking heads occupy their time for hours.

That according to grand kids with great grandkids.

That is Fox's Entertainment's value to the western world.

Yeah right, it's only because they ask questions, face it...

There are two adults in this household and fox isn't part of my wasting
time. I have other things to do to waste time.

Last week
Obama said one day that the 3.1 uptick in the economy was solely because
of the stimulous package. The day before, Gibbs had said that half, or
1.6 % was caused by the cash for clunkers. A Fox reporter asked Gibbs to
square this, I guess that's the kind of news you are against... Fine..

"Gibbs" to us is a character on NCIS, a TV show. Any other reference is of
no consideration in this house.

I read the news on the net I don't have time for every ones opinion.
My opinion is the only one I take into consideration. My wife has her
opinion. We tend to agree on most subjects.

We don't beat our head against a rock to prove our point. Life is too
short.

Oh, did I spell his name wrong.. Well then, that makes everything ok I
guess. 10% unemployment, not closing Gitmo, not ending the war, not
putting up a health care bill that is neutral, no open doors in
Washington, no change, is all my fault. Damn spell-checker....

That's many steps up the evolutionary ladder from "conservative." If you

You surprise me again, Harry. It is the rare, informed 'progressive'
that will admit to an ascendant aspect to evolution.

Very rare indeed.

Of course, I'm also not a pension "theif," or a pedophile. But it makes
