I can remember when I could drop and do 20 in a heartbeat. Probably
couldn't do it any more. I just tried. Made it to 7. Whew.

I can do 10 pushups... no problem (yes, without using my knees). I can't
do pullups though. I get about 3/4 of the way and that's it.

I could do 20 with one hand and 70 or so good proper full arm...straight
back/legs pushups.
