The union members weren't the ones who earned those credits.
Outside contractors too....
The union can't tie their own shoes without a meeting and a bargaining
session.
I've noticed the same thing. The biggest things unions are known for is
making union officials wealthy and allowing lazy folks to earn money off
the sweat of others.
now let's see...how much of our trillion dollar bailout was needed to
save
1. hedgefund managers
2. union members
100% of the former...0 of the latter.
The whole GM rescue was done to save the Unions.

If GM had hit the Bankruptcy all those Union benefits would have been on
the chopping block.

Not according to the Liberals that told me, the difference between
chapter 11 and chapter 7 was restructuring and going bankrupt and told
me GM didn't go bankrupt.....

So why don't you guys get together and decide whether they did or didn't
and then get back to me.

It was libs that told me they weren't going bankrupt, now it's Libs
telling me that they did go bankrupt.

I will tell you what, I will go with..... they filed bankruptcy as I
told Libs the first time and say I'm wrong this time and was right the
last time when I said that GM went bankrupt. (Never listen to a Liberal)

So when they went to bankruptcy why did the Judge NOT re-evaluate the
Union Contracts? Was it because the government paid off the bills and
asked the Judge NOT to toss out the contracts?

Just what was the impetus for restructuring the management and leaving
the Union contracts that the "BAD" management had negotiated?

None of what they did makes any sense.
