Default Bayliner sinks in Des Moines River.

There is a dam with four or five feet of drop right in downtown Des
Moines. Some guy went over with a twenty foot Bayliner. There was a
crane working nearby, and they lowered a very strong guy on a cable,
who grabbed the victim. I guess you go around and around in the boil
at the foot of the dam, and a live jacket doesn't help, you still
drown eventually. The crane had a clamshell bucket and they bit off a
couple of feet of the bow, but it got away.
