The guys in North Carolina, who rebuilt my port side engine two years ago, discovered that a previous owner had repaired the oil pan with JB Weld some time in the past. I kid you not. I have seen many stuff held together with JB Weld and Duct tape. I personally would only use it till I could repair it correctly, which means I will spend a lot more money for the security of having a new expensive part. Or maybe I just want it to look pretty. -- Reginald P. Smithers III, Esq. This Newsgroup post is a natural product.
