No - but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

Have you ever rounded Cape Horn? I have, twice.

Depends on how you define "rounded". I've been there, shore side and
walked from one side to the other - that could technically be
"rounding" the Horn.

Have you ever transited the Panama Canal? I have.

Nope - but I did stay at a Ramada Inn once.

Have you owned more than 20 boats in your lifetime? I have.

Nope - last count, sixteen. If you count canoes, I'm still only at 17.

Have you ever sailed large boats competitively? I have.

Actually, I did - when I was in high school in fact - Marblehead to
Bermuda race and I crewed one summer on the Queen Nefertiti which was
an America's Cup trials boat build by Ted Hood. Went to high school
with the Hood kids too.

"I" is something of a misnomer though - I've crewed and I also took a
turn at being helmsman for a shift, but the term "I" is indefinite
enough in the sense that it does fit.

Have you ever been hundreds of miles from land in a powerboat
under your command? I have."

Yep back in the day that is. Haven't done it in a few years.

Please explain why certain models of Husqvarna lawn/garden tractors
exist even though you claim they never were manufactured.

When you finish explaining that, please explain why you put an outboard
with a 25" lower unit on a boat with a 20" transom.

When you finish explaining that, please explain how that outboard can be
*so* efficient, it burns about half the fuel competing outboards would
on the same boat and under the same operating conditions.

Oh, and is your bipolar disorder under control now?

BTW You forgot to wish me happy birthday yesterday.
Cheers

I thought when people get to your age, they like to forget about their
birthdays.

You do have a thinking problem, don't you. Matter of fact we spent the
afternoon at Disney and had a nice time. What do you do on your birthday?

Fetched more beer and made a car payment, most likely.

Please explain why certain models of Husqvarna lawn/garden tractors
exist even though you claim they never were manufactured.

When you finish explaining that, please explain why you put an
outboard with a 25" lower unit on a boat with a 20" transom.

When you finish explaining that, please explain how that outboard can
be *so* efficient, it burns about half the fuel competing outboards
would on the same boat and under the same operating conditions.

Oh, and is your bipolar disorder under control now?

That's sure to get you back in Tom's good graces.

Belated Happy Birthday......
Thank you Mr. Duck. I was at Disney yesterday. Do you think I might have
seen you?
If you looked about 50 miles to the NW, maybe.
My eyesight aint that good.

Wasn't there a big tornado that passed through your area a couple of years
ago?
Yes, about one mile south of my home in Lady Lake.

We stopped at Pauly's for slices Sunday. It's at Town Square. Do you
know the place. Don't want to give Hairy too much info. Let him dig for it.

I once shook hands with a pudgy guy who:

Sailed from San Francisco to Hawaii.
Rounded Cape Horn, twice.
Transited the Panama Canal.
Has owned more than 20 boats in his lifetime.
Sailed large boats competitively.
Has been hundreds of miles from land in a powerboat
under his command.

And who set a new record for the most distance covered
and most fish caught in the Chesapeake Bay in the shortest
time!

Don't call me dear. You are going to make Krausie jealous.

Thanks for the wishes but it was Jim's b'day.

Johnny gets confused easily.

After he fell on his ribs in the garage, he bounced and fell on his head.

I really think the p.o.s. is heading for a major physical disaster. He
seems *very* accident-prone. Or maybe it isn't an accident. Perhaps Mrs. H
put something slick on the garage floor...

Please note that Interstate 90 will be closed this weekend across
South Dakota. This closure will allow the Federal Government free
access to haul a 200 ton piece of coal to Mt. Rushmore so that
President Obama can be added to the Presidents on the monument.

Not sure which of the two Squares you're referring to. I don't live in the
"compound" and infrequently visit either "square".

Wrong answer.
Here is a perfect example of what I was talking about.
It was a simple question. There were only seven uncomplicated words in it.
I'll give you another chance. What do you do on your birthday?
