Ethics, is yesterday's news. Governor Richardson's case has some intrigue,
but not near as interesting to the left as the fiction they pinned on the
Bush Administration.

It could hang out on the margins indefinitely.

The problem is there's no viable party to take it's place. The
last thing we need is a one party system.

If the people feel it necessary to start a new party or enliven an
existing alternative to the GOP, they will do so.

The Democrat party is its own opposition party.

There is no "Democrat party."

Short attention span.

No, he's correct. There is no "Democrat Party". Just as there is no
"Republic Party". But if you disagree, maybe you could provide a link of
some sort to the party's website.

If she is one, then I'll say it's about time we had
a gay
Supreme Court Justice.

There have been 110 Supreme Court Justices in this
nation's
history. Only two have been women. If there haven't
been any
gays, well, they're due.

Justice Breyer is gay. As to Sotomayor's sexual
preferences
google:

"Sotomayor lesbian"

Martin

Unless I missed it, Google shows nobody but right
wingnuts claiming
she's a lesbian, based only on the fact that she's not
married. The
Gay and Lesbian Alliance was disappointed that Obama did
NOT
nominate a gay or lesbian.

Google manipulates anything that portrays the left or
liberals in a
bad light.

Yeah, and the black helicopters are snatching conservatives
out of their beds at night.

ROTFLMAO! *I love you nutter conspiracy theorists!

I'm fairly sure my opinion is a valid one.

Justice Breyer is gay? I never heard this. *What it has to do with
boats, I'll never know.

The rumors have been about Souter, not Breyer. *The wingnuts are having
trouble keeping their babble points straight (you should pardon the
expression).

I don't think Souter is...he's just a guy who loves life being by
himself...there are some Men and Women like that. All the more power
to him...sad thing is in this day and age if you're not married many
people assume you're gay. I like Souter for the most part except when
he cast that one vote to take away personal property from a woman in
that eminent domain case. It just wasn't one of his brighter moments
imo.

Yes, I know this. The Republicans have made a concerted effort to cut
off the last syllable of the proper name of the Democratic Party every
time they mention it as an act of disrespect. Like junior high
name-calling, it serves to do little to insult the Democratic Party or
its followers, but speaks volumes about the lack of respect Republicans
have for anyone other than themselves.

I was referring off-handedly to the short attention span of someone who
won't bother to spell out the entire name.

Yes, they belong in the same dark pit with those who insist on turning
nouns into verbs, as in "to conference".

Aaaargh.
