Now I won't say I'm cheap

I will.

Well, maybe i should have titled my post as "Economical Satisfaction"

?;^)

No - you had it right the first time.

LOL!

You win!

Your buddy with the pawn shop - he have any Olympus OM lenses in
decent shape?

I want to do some experiments and used lenses are the way to go - I
can take 'em apart and not lose a whole lot of money. *:)

And no - that's not being cheap - that's being practical.

Hey Sorry I didn't understand you the first time (whats new!)

I'll ask him tomorrow,Tom. I don't know if it was an Olympus or not,
but he had an SLR outfit he was going to run on ebay, but pulled it
because there was moisture (or so he thought) in the lenses.

Do you specifically need Olympus, or can you use others like Minolta
or Yashica? 50mm on up?
