Default SF Delta question to those familiar with this area

I'm in the process of buying a house anywhere from Pittsburg to

I have only seen one free ramp, the one in Pittsburg.
Are there any more that are free?
Do private marinas, such as Big Break, allow non-members to launch?
If one has to pay, any idea of how much they charge?
Thanks
Eddie

Calif Bill will be along sometime, he knows the area, and you can go
to Fishwisher's website, he knows the Delta very well. Here's the
link.
