Since you are not a chemist, a biologist, a nuclear physicist or a weapons expert of any kind, you have absolutely no business using the word "mistake" with regard to the work being done by the inspectors. Do you randomly walk into pharmaceutical factories and comment on the work being done? But what the heck - just for entertainment, how about telling us how you think the inspectors should've been doing their job differently? Try and cut down on the use of commas. ¿It causes, headaches?
