Try this one. The original recipe called for a tablespoon of salt. I cut it down to 1/4 tablespoon and it was better that way. Don't use olive oil. It gets funny in the refrigerator. 2 tbs wine vinegar 1/4 cup oil 1 tbs paprika 1/4 cup creole mustard 1 tbs red pepper 1/4 tbs salt 1 rib celery chopped 1 tbs parsley 1 small onion Whisk in bowl or food processor. |
