Default Extend ST40 depth sensor cable

Hi,

Can I extend an ST40 depth sensor cable?? - the one supplied is too
short. I guess the additional length can be taken into account when
the unit is calibrated.

I don't think that length is too critical. I spliced an existing Airmar
transducer cable to a new ST60 depth display and it worked fine.

In your case I would cut the ST40 in the middle and splice a new
multiconductor cable in between. I soldered and shrink wrap insulated each
connection and tape wrapped the whole splice.
