I believe the photographers would consent to my use. One is a close personal friend and the other probably http://www.bbc.co.uk/wales/mid/sites...n_martin.shtml my Hon. Sec.. I made it clear that they were not for use on Roger's website. I will delete them from public access. Too late! I made a copy. LOL I can't help noticing that you are LOLing like a lunatic these days.. I can't help noticing you are Goofballing your way to wacko status.. -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com |

... "Goofball_star_dot_etal" wrote I have never sent you an email or filled in one of your forms. What transpired is recorded on Google groups, rec.boats.cruising. I note you don't have the balls to admit my account is accurate. It very well could be accurate given how much subterfuge, pretending, and header faking there is. As for the "balls" business, what a tiresome little **** you must be in real life. --Roger Long (exiting in the spirit of what this once great resource and community has become.) This was my assessment as well, but I didn't want to hurt his feelings. -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com |

On the one hand, Roger is not quite right, because some of the work done in accelerating air downwards is lost to turbulence (i.e warming the air mass): on the other hand Rich H's assertion is much less insightful than it sounds, because, strangely enough, EVERY fluid has some measure of viscosity, same as they all have mass. (In fact substituting mass in place of viscosity makes even more sense!) In a word....Goofball's contrast reminds me strongly of Wilbur's strident support for the sulfation spelling, in absolute ignorance of the existence of the equivalent spelling sulphation. I don't suppose Goofball is yet another puppet of Wilbur's is he? BrianW |
