Thank you all for the replies. I am in transit all week so I'm only
checking my email once I'm home. I should have been more specific. I am
relocating to Orange Co. in California. I will not use the mooring as a
liveaboard but for just normal weekend/vacation use. I have seen a few
moorings come up for sale in the "Log" .
