Rufus Gutz
Rufus "L" are two locally named boats. Far Canal is another I have seen. However sailing yesterday I heard a scratchy communication that sounded like Pan Pan Pan I listened again and sure enough there is was again. I answered, asking the vessel making the call whether they were amking a distrass call. Thye response was the vessel they were calling was Fern Message was "Fern" "Fern" "Fern" and in the static sounded almost like Pan Pan Pan....so I was wrong....no need to cancel my Coastguard membership. "Larry W4CSC" wrote in message ... I know a OB/GYN whos boat is "Delivery Room" Same idea.....(c; On Tue, 17 Feb 2004 17:49:19 GMT, Cindy Ballreich wrote: Lee Huddleston wrote: Also knew of a lawyer's boat named "The Courthouse."
