Roger...if this all comes to pass, quickly move your boat up here and secure
a spot in a local club.
You'll find this area just as nice as Maine for 5 month cruising and the
odds of getting stopped & harassed by our Coast Guard extremely low/nil.
Winters would be best spent in the BVI.
