In fact they have made it technicaly illegal to think about going
there. Because unless things have changed, if you are caught with
charts and other items that show your intent to go to Cuba, you could
be held in violation of federal law.

Shouldn't the Gummit stop printing charts that show the existence of Cuba,
then? About every chart I have of southern Florida has that big honkin'
island to the south. Therefore I intend to travel there? And not for
nothing, but as a "free Citizen," I can travel to freaking China, but not
Cuba? There's something seriously wrong with this picture.
