Is it a Morgan?

Hi,

I've seen a 1980 39' Morgan, but it doesn't feature in the Morgan model
list. It has an aft cabin and a 12' beam. Nautical Development (?) had a
hand in its construction. Anyone have more info? Also need to know the
keel shape and size..
