Default fuel restrictions florida

I read in google news today that the gov. is planning to resrict fuel
sales to boaters due to fears of another mass migration of Cuban
nationals. They are also planning on closing marinas and setting up road
blocks to stop trailered boats

I think the Miami Herald and the government has the scenario ass backwards.
We will see a mass migration to Cuba, not from it. Castro's death would
herald a massive investment in Cuba. The ultimate east coast playground. The
investment will be from all over the world, not just the US. In point of
fact, it is already happening and the US is losing big time from our
backward historical policy. It will be the Europeans and Russians that will
own the resorts, casinos and golf courses. All of which is to capture the
almighty US Dollar. Our government is sleeping!

Full of could's, would's, and might's. Not will's, are's, shall's or
must's.

Its an article full of speculation, not status.
