I think the Miami Herald and the government has the scenario ass backwards.
We will see a mass migration to Cuba, not from it. Castro's death would herald a massive investment in Cuba. The ultimate east coast playground. The investment will be from all over the world, not just the US. In point of fact, it is already happening and the US is losing big time from our backward historical policy. It will be the Europeans and Russians that will own the resorts, casinos and golf courses. All of which is to capture the almighty US Dollar. Our government is sleeping!
