licensed captain requirements?
Are those registry tons or actual laden displacement? A sailboat of 25
registry tons could be relatively small, say 45 to 50 feet... Registry tons (cubic feet). Try this http://www.uscg.mil/HQ/MSC/T3/cg5397/cg5397.form.htm to get an idea. -- Tom. |
