Default Saturn Inflatable boats

Has anyone heard about Saturn boats? They have 11' for $899. Looks like
excelent deal, but I never heard about this brand? Here is URl

Default Saturn Inflatable boats

Well, they're PVC (i.e., plastic) boats. Their ad says PVC is superior to
hypalon, but that is contrary to what I've long understood. Maybe we're
turning a technological corner here, but I'd wait until more votes are
counted before buying one of these.

Actually, unless I misunderstood, a local inflatable dealer here told me
they have a Hypalon offering too.

Default Saturn Inflatable boats

PVC - Cheaper to make, good in cold, low sunlight conditions. Not good
for constant exposure to elements. Good for weekend fishing &
cruising.

Hypalon - Expensive to make, good in hot, high sunlight conditions.
Good for constant exposure to elements. Good for yacht tenders/dinghys
which are left inflated on deck or towed aft.

Hope this helps you decide.
