Saturn Inflatable boats
Has anyone heard about Saturn boats? They have 11' for $899. Looks like

Well, they're PVC (i.e., plastic) boats. Their ad says PVC is superior to
hypalon, but that is contrary to what I've long understood. Maybe we're turning a technological corner here, but I'd wait until more votes are counted before buying one of these. Dick B. PVC - Cheaper to make, good in cold, low sunlight conditions. Not good
for constant exposure to elements. Good for weekend fishing & cruising. Hypalon - Expensive to make, good in hot, high sunlight conditions. Good for constant exposure to elements. Good for yacht tenders/dinghys which are left inflated on deck or towed aft. Hope this helps you decide. Al |
