Default mighty budget cruisers,.. when/how do you dump your auto insurance?

I don't understand. If you're going to be gone for 2 years or more,
why would you continue the auto insurance? In fact, why whould you
continue to own the cars? If you're worried about insuring rental cars
in places you visit, simply get a Platinum Visa Card, Master Card, or
American Express Card; all these offer free vehicle insurance on any
cars you rent using their cards (remember to decline the insurance and
waivers on the rental agreement). Liability insurance is covered by
the rental car company.
