My Yamaha Waverunner dealer never paid back Household Retail Services (the
bogus Yamaha Credit Card)the $8,500 they owed Household when I returned my
defective GP1200 jetski, as per 15USC50 2304(a)(4). I chose to refund
rather than replace, as the "consumer".

Stealing $8,500 seems over the line and OK....
