news Spoke with Lang's today. They said marina was heavily damaged by the hurricane and they are just beginning to re-build. It will be a few months I think before they will be able to take boats. Y'all boys haul out your charts of the South Carolina coast. Look at all the miles and miles of UNCROWDED waterways from Georgetown to Savannah to explore and enjoy. Now, look at that damned silted-up ditch they call Eastern Florida. Ask yourselves, "Why would I want a boat in that ditch?" There's 8 boats on the docks in Charleston Harbor who've found Eastern SC a new winter home.....so far. No need to curse the idiot anchored 8 ft from you when you can have a whole creek to yourself, here....(c; Yecch....Florida sucks for boating! |
