Default Questions about live aboard at / on docks constructed on privately owned submerged land in Pinellas County, FL. Salt water.

Rusty,

Why would the utilities be interested in offering hookups to these docks?
Someone is going to need to get easements for all of this work. That's not
going to be easy or cheap if the abutting land owner objects ( and he will
since it's his dock).
Sorry, I don't see "live aboard" licences as a way to make a lot of
money.
I like the idea of selling dock privileges to the dock owner. You'll need
to figure out what the market will bear.
