Like "there is a 98% chance of precipitation" sounds so much more comforting that "It's a real gully washer out there!" Cheers, Bruce (bruceinbangkokatgmaildotcom) |

Weather check - gulf coast

Anybody down there still on-line this morning? Look out the window for us, how about? My ladies were out driving today, is why I asked. Daughter and her beau drove up from Laredo to San Antonio a couple of days ago (in pouring rain). Mom met them in San Antonio yesterday. 55 minute flight left four hours late. They left SA at noon, and past Austin by 6 pm (80 miles). Interstate 35 was running 11 mph today. I sent them to Days Inn. Try again tomorrow... -- Richard Lamb |
