Default Foley Engines responds to the BBB

I don't see why you are seeking remedy from BBB when your vendor isn't a
member. I'm surprised it even replied.

I don't see you gaining by continuing this. If it were me, I'd take it
as one of life's lumps and look forward. The BBB can't force the vendor
to do squat. You may as well complain to the fire department close to
Foley.
