Default Time to buy that boat?

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Wholes...-14410311.html

It appears the hyperinflation may have already begun.....

Just keep borrowing more and more and handing it out to the bankrupt
bankers and other corporations......making our money worthless.

Gold is over $980/oz this morning, on its way to a few thousand....

Boats aren't going to get cheaper if this is true.....

Notice to Detroit - $40,000 Chevies won't sell any better than $30,000
Chevies....

It's not that much different than in 1980.

Huh? Gold was $680 in 1980 and we WEREN'T in a DEPRESSION. It hasn't been
$680/oz since Aug 2007, even at the crash.

But, I keep reading the alarming concerns of "hyperinflation depression" in
the financial news, even overseas. A $20 loaf of bread during a depression
with millions out of work....that IS a disaster!

I'm invested with Rhodium, here. It's up from my $740/oz starting price to
$1050 this week. It's history is stunning topping out at $10,100/oz just
before the crash.....(c;]

Uhmmm....Jan 21, 1980: $850.00/oz, Nov 13, 2008: $713.50/oz. Yes, both
were spikes, but that's the problem with generalizations. I remember
the 1st spike clearly - my birthday, and had just paid off wedding bands
purchased when gold was $500/oz cheaper!

As for me, I'm putting all my money into unobtainium. You just can't touch
that stuff.

I don't recall the date, but I know some time ago, it had reached the
$1000/oz price or close.

Here's the best place to watch gold in realtime with no spam or other
interference:
http://www.kitco.com/images/live/gold.gif
Use Firefox with the Load Every X add-on plugin to reload the quick gif
picture every minute or two. It runs in background by default, here.

It's $972.50 at 0113 in the morning EST.

$1002.80 as shown on the 1 year chart here.

Notice that point is nearly identical to where we stand tonight on the
right end of the line......not good. We weren't out of work and business
back a year ago when it peaked and prices soared.....
