Noob question about fiberglass/gelcoat

The answer: Yes, you should be very concerned about it. I doubt anyone
on the group could give an accurate diagnosis of the problem, without
more information. What you definitely should do is spend a little
money to get a professional survey done on the boat. It's well worth
it.
