Good reason to have the bilge painted perhaps before the spills happen
Thinking if you could also displace the diesel with another solvent such as acetone or something real volatile. But then what about the fumes and risk of fire. Perhaps if the boat is on land it would be easier to clean the bilge. I would also think of painting it even now. "Duke-it" wrote in message ... Is there anyway to remove or cover up, seal wood that has a diesel fuel smell. Thanks |
