Livingston Flotation Foam-filled?
Anyone know whether Livingston flotation compartments:
1. Are empty? 2. Are foam filled? 3. Should be empty? 4. Should or can be foam filled? And if they can be foam filled, what is the best way to do it? Thanks!!!! Dave Bunting Packwood WA |
