Default Nautical Question #2

Do ships chronographs vary with latitude or longitude or neither?

If so what causes it and what are the corrections?

Does it matter if the chronograph is electronic or mechanical?

Having the correct time. Just kidding. Having a good GPS.

GPS. And I'm not kidding.
