Harley sells image to mostly middle aged people who need one. Actually, you're both clueless. By the mid 90's HD was fighting for it's life due to serious quality control issues. They had lost a huge share of the market and survived MAINLY due to their parts business. They fixed their problems and are strong again, but they can't compete with other builds for quality at all. Cosmetics are gorgeous, performance is just short of awful. RB |
