That is probably true. If we suspended the production of green house
gasses overnight, we'd also halt the production of particulates. The
particlutes would precipitate to the earth within a year and would no
longer act as a brake on global warming by reflecting some of the suns
energy. The gasses would remain for decades if not centuries and warming
would actually worsen.

Cheers

According to the latest research and reported in the media, if we
stopped pollution today, the GW effect would continue for a couple of
decades, then level off. If we don't curtail our pollution, the GW
effect will get much worse at a lot faster rate.

The obvious question though, in my view, isn't about GW directly. It's
do you really want to breathe all that crap, swim in polluted water,
and not experience all the myriad aquatic/land life that currently
exists.

Even O'Reilly believes in man-created GW and that the US gov't should
take the lead on solving the problem. It's not often I agree with him.

Well 25 of the "stars" drove up in Prius hybrids, Clooney among them.
They also purchased a big chunk of "green" electricity to power the

Despite the reports last week that the hybrid cars had failed to prove
that they saved on anything...as if electric doesn't come from
somewhere? Whole things a laugh...

They certainly save fuel and reduce noxious fumes. The mileage isn't
as good as previously advertised, but they're still better than most
other vehicles.

A red herring!

Al Gore's utility bills are from public records. His spokesman does not
refute them, nor does anyone else. Over $30,000 in utility bills for a
family of 2? That Tennessee utility company must charge some very, very high
rates.

Bwahahahahahahahaaaa!!!!!

You and Al Gore are

BOTH SMACKDOWNED!!!!!!!!!!!!

SMACKDOWN!!!!!!!

The President of Exxon does not have utility bills that high!

Al Gore = Eco Glutton = Eco Hypocrite

Al Gore is profiting handsomely from his eco-dribble!

Send him more money! He can barely pay for utilities!

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaa!!!!!!!!

There exists NO scientific proof that such a thing as "man-created
global warming exists". Until such time as it can be established that
there exists such a thing as "man-created global warming," it would be
totally irresponsible for the US government to get involved. The US
government has no constitutional mandate to lift even a little finger
even if there existed scientific proof that mankind was responsible for
global warming. In the absence of any such scientific proof it would
border on criminal for the US government to act. This demonstrates the
total bankruptcy of liberal thinking. Liberals think doing something,
anything that shows you care is more important than doing something
constructive. . .

Exactly right but . . .

Liberals don't care about facts. For liberals it's, "do as I say, not as
I do!" Liberals are socialists and elitists. Their dictates only apply
to the "little people." When is the last time any government official of
a socialist country (or the U.S.A., for that matter) lived in an
apartment with four other families? You'll never see it happen. And
you'll never see the likes of Al Gore lead anything but the bloated life
of a hypocrite. People like Al Gore believe with their entire heart and
soul that they are better than everybody else. Thus, they deserve a
better lifestyle. Their gluttony, when it comes to energy, doesn't
count. They deserve to use whatever they want to use. It's up to
everybody else to toe the line.

Ever notice how plump the liberals are?

Al and Tipper could each lose about 45 pounds.

Bill and Hillary the same.

Michael Moore?

Now compare those fatsoes to GW Bush, Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater -
all have manly physiques!

True conservatives are manly men. Conservativism, the sustainable holistic
approach to life and the afterlife!

Amen!
