Myth....Will not happen. Mythbusters tried it at sometyhing like -200
(small box room made of dry ice) and it did not freeze fast enough.

Canooks will fall for anything.

-200 what, celsius, farhenhiet? Either way I doubt it. Besides everyone
knows Canadians can pee higher than Mythbuster wimps can toss water, (we
have superior equipment).

Good one! Once met a guy who claimed that when it's -50 and you take a
leak in an upwards direction, it freezes before it hits the ground. He
was from north of Winnipeg and claimed firsthand knowledge.

When I was a kid and in the scouts we had camping 1 weekend a month. Back
then there was a lot of snow. I am no stranger to winter camping. We had a
weekend camp out and everyone ****ed off the same rock for 2 days. The spire
that grew was no less than awe inspiring.

Our Girl Scout troop winter camped too..in Michigan..was quite
rugged...we had trenches, though, that we then buried at the end of the
weekend...with the traditional log front....that was back in the days
when getting your WIlderness badge really emant something...

It's brutal..27 degrees this AM. The birdbath is frozen!

Record broken..... coldest day in Houston since the 20's

WTF happened to global warming?.

It will be in the 60's tomorrow.

Joe

Sorry to disappoint you Joe, but it's the variability of the climate that's
the problem. GW = higher highs, lower lows. A couple of degrees warmer isn't
the problem directly. It's an indirect effect. Hold onto your socks, things
will be getting worse before they get better, assuming we do something now.

What a freaking moron! Definitely shows how abusing illegal drugs has consequences.

I installed three compact fluorescent's; that should take care of my
neighborhood.

Besides, it's all over in 2012 anyway.
