Personally I think one must recognize that the President did not, and
cannot act alone in declaring and waging a war. Without the support of
both Houses not much is going to happen. So what are you going to do,
impeach one hundred senators and a few hundred congressmen?

Cheers

Which, BTW, includes Hillary Clinton....

Aye, now if we could just infuse the whole lot of them with some
humility maybe we might hear something like "Well, in hindsight it looks
like we've screwed up some here, so let's quit blaming everyone else and
find a way out of this mess."

Never happen, no way, no how. It's Bush's fault! No it's Clinton's
fault! No, it's Carters fault! No it's Kennedy's fault! .......

Cheers

Bush is in charge, and mislead Congress. I don't even blame the Republicans
in Congress more than the Democrats. Neither group has much spine, clearly
demonstrated by the near unanimous vote to go to war.

Yep...you got that right....The liveral comic, Whoppi Goldberg (I love her
humor but usually hate her politics) even said it...she said that it was
time we all stopped looking behind us and laying blame and time to look
forward and start fixing...now if someone with her liberal slant can say
that, why can't someone act on it?

It started with a landslide election for the Democrats. Do you think we
should give them a couple of more days before we condemn them?

I think it's a legitimate question, given that it was a landslide and slam
to the Bush administration.

Personally, I'm getting a bit sick of the Democrats talking the talk but not
walking the walk.

Katy,
Even Bush has admitted he was wrong/ spin for lying. Maybe it is
time to get
on with the reality. I hate to be the one to break it to you. Is it
2008 yet?

Mundo, The Captain who is a bully and an ass

Katy won't believe it. Neither will Max. They believe he just
couldn't have lied.

Nice obfuscation, Jon and Mundo. Bush admitted to being misleading
about Rumsfeld's resignation, but not about the important issue--the
WMDs. Big difference.

Max

You're right. He didn't admit lying. We might want to not take him at
his word, since he's a confessed liar.

You are consumed with hatred for Bush. Tell me, why did you hate your
mother? Did you hate your father, too? Did you want to kill your
father? Did you ever kill one of your pets? A neighbor boy disappeared
when you were ten--did you kill him? Have you ever had thoughts of
suicide?

Well, time's up. We'll have to continue this next week.

Max

Is that when you start him on the shock therapy?

Dr. Marvin's 'Death Therapy."

Max

ew...

Didn't see "What About Bob," didja?

It was a conceptual question, Marty. The Senate did the right thing in
failing to convict Clinton and avoiding converting what was a minor

Exactly!

Jon wants to see Bush impeached and imprisoned. Of course he doesn't
have
the best interest of the country at heart.

It would make for a very interesting trial.

It's King George's fault, for losing the war to a ragtag bunch of militias.

FYI, I think Bush should be impeached. What he and his lieutenants have
done has be reprehensible and have harmed the country.

See Marty--told ya so, told ya so . . .
