It's worse than you can imagine. He has a big newish lakefront house on 3
acres, a dock and boathouse. A Frank Lloyd Wright house is in plain view.
He plans to haul the stepping stone up to the lake. Toss in the 5 car
carraige house, Belgian Block driveway, greenhouse, built in pool and
topiary garden and he has done quite well.

I just don't know how he does it.
