It's simple. Talk it up and set up a website. True, my trolls probably
don't help, but most people ignore them and look for real info. My new website (I know it's taking forever!) will really help in that regard. When I sold Ghost there were 4 people waiting to buy her because of the website. Paid 9K, sold for close to 14. Same with Alien, paid 16K total, sold for 31K and more if you count the selling off of associated gear. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING aids the eventual sale of a boat as a long running website. To this day I still get questions from prospective Pearson 30 and C&C 32 owners. I do like the hubris of ASA members who think anyone (but them) take this site seriously. Now THAT'S funny. The truth is that your association with me, willingness to engage in trolls and nasty comments, put you on an even lower level. Still I know when to be "real." When someone asks what I think of the Express 30, I tell them it's a great boat, just not very attractive. If someone asks about a Seidlemann, I'm quick to warn them off. Smarter people do listen.
