Default How to Improve sailboat value

True, my trolls probably
don't help, but most people ignore them and look for real info.

The trolls themselves provide some real info.

About you!

My new
website (I know it's taking forever!) will really help in that regard.

The website will undo the damage of your trolling?

When I sold Ghost there were 4 people waiting to buy her because of the
website. Paid 9K, sold for close to 14.

They knew the boat was lightly used from all your time spent trolling.

Same with Alien, paid 16K
total, sold for 31K and more if you count the selling off of associated
gear.

That boat was a gift from some dying guy, hoping you would cherish the
boat.. You didn't own it very long, you took it with the intent of flipping
it for a tidy profit. You took advantage of the dying man.

NOTHING and I mean NOTHING aids the eventual sale of a boat as a long
running website. To this day I still get questions from prospective
Pearson 30 and C&C 32 owners.

If you consider them asking you to go away or to shut up as questions rather
than requests.

The truth is that your
association with me, willingness to engage in trolls and nasty
comments, put you on an even lower level.

That may be true, but you are the anchor dragging everyone else down. No one
can go as low as you.

Still I know when to be "real." When someone asks what I think of the
Express 30, I tell them it's a great boat, just not very attractive. If
someone asks about a Seidlemann, I'm quick to warn them off. Smarter
people do listen.

Even smarter ones won't deal with you. Look at the people you have driven
off of the group so far.
